My family and I are dedicated to helping others, we are part of more organizations than one could think. We are aware of where our donations go and whom it is really helping, our concern is never about how it makes us look. And as of late I have a repeated follower on my blog and Facebook who copies all my posts and writing to rebuild her image. (I post about elephants she posts about elephants, I do a horse photo shoot she does a horse photo shoot, I get known as ‘The Girl In The White Dress’ and now she wears white abundantly, —I join certain outreaches she does the same. It would be nice if she could purchase some originality and become her own person instead stealing another’s words and persona) Naturally I wouldn’t mind since if it serves to help animals or the those in need I am delighted. But what really bothers me is the hypocrisy, to become a board member of an organization just to appear compassionate while wearing Lululemon attire and video taping the entire thing. Does photo shoots on a horse while wearing Prada the number one buyer of Asian fur trade, always carrying a designer brand purse that endorses the mistreatment of animals (Reptiles included) and then has the audacity to call herself an animal activist or philanthropist. I have nothing against designer products but I am against saying your for the animals and then are a consumer of their mistreatment—— and no a $100 donation to a doggie walk does not make you an animal activist, calling a kitten silver, saying “awesome bird” to an owl, or force feeding an animal or begrudgingly holding a puppy in order to have more photos to complete a fake stolen façade to keep a man that obviously knows what you are, doesn’t make you an animal activist or even a good person or take away the pole-dancing image and shame.

My mother always taught me, the second you look for recognition for doing something kind for another, you become a liar! You must never allow your left hand to know what your right hand has done, give freely and purely never thinking about yourself. Compassion isn’t a means to trick a man or the world into believing your something your not! Compassion and care arises like a soft wind, a passionate urge to do what is right and to give others a share of your blessings. So to all the real animal activists that don’t try to make themselves famous by opening Facebook Fan Pages or personally fights with Wikipedia in order to have a page with them, since they couldn’t establish themselves as a “Model” or “Actress” and now resort to pretending to helps animals to make themselves seem more important! These organization are just a few that really do help. I put 5 stars next to the ones I truly truly believe in!
